Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager


Location: Okhla Phase 1

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and attract top talent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and technology, along with proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending job offers.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to support the companys hiring goals and objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and industry organizations to expand our talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to hire.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology or education sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for various roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software KEKA.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
