About Role :

Role Overview :

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, effective ServiceNow solutions that align with client-specific needs across HR, Finance, and CSM functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design :

- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions for HR Service Delivery, Financial Management, and Customer Service Management (CSM).

- Leverage extensive platform experience to assist clients to develop their ESM journey, minimizing technical debt.

- Ownership of proposal responses to RFPs, articulating customer requirements and positioning Movates ServiceNow solutions effectively to create compelling, client-focused proposals.

- Partner with ServiceNow for solution reviews, licensing, to ensure optimal solution, alignment with customers requirements & industry best practices.

- Partner with sales & delivery teams to support client needs assessment, proposals, and solution demonstrations.

Client Engagement :

- Collaborate with clients to define their requirements and design solutions that meet both immediate and long-term business objectives.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations on ServiceNow functionalities and enhancements to improve and automate HR, Finance, and CSM workflows.

- Lead client workshops and presentations to align solutions with business goals.

Practice Building :

- Collaborate with Movate Propel Labs to develop and maintain IPs and industry specific solutions, and advance Movates offerings.

- Build and update a repository of accelerators, templates, and solution enablers that enhance delivery speed and quality of ServiceNow engagements.

- Identify opportunities to expand ServiceNow offerings within existing accounts by showcasing solutions in HR, Finance, and CSM.

Solution Excellence :

- Maintain golden template & best practices documentation for ServiceNow customization and integration across HR, Finance, and CSM modules.

- Provide oversight to technical teams during deployment of ServiceNow solutions and integrations.

- Conduct deployment reviews, performance checks, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

- Stay current on ServiceNow product releases and updates, and ensure continuous improvement in deliver practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.

- ServiceNow certifications in relevant areas such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (in Human Resources, Financial Management, or Customer Service

Management).

- Demonstrated experience in implementation of HR, Finance, and CSM modules within ServiceNow platform.

- Proven track record of designing ServiceNow solutions with strong understanding of best practices, workflow design, and integration standards.

- Strong analytical, client management, and presentation skills.
