Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Solution Architect, to assist in the implementation of programs for client needs.

The Solution Architect responsibilities include improving the current IT infrastructure, optimizing business operations, and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs.

The Solution Architect is also responsible for cataloguing, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the organization's business and technology activities.

To be successful as an Solution Architect, you should have excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.

You should also have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Primary Skills : Service Now Development, ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow ITBM/CMDB/ITOM.

Responsibilities :

- Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements.

- Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.

- Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.

- Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.

- Organizing training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.

- Conducting research in talent management to improve the organization's business operations.

- Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.

- Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals.

- Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.

- Determining and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy.

Technical Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM (IT Service Management), ITBM (IT Business Management), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and ITOM (IT Operations Management).

- Extensive experience in ServiceNow development including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).

- ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports development and customization.

- Expertise in configuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) within the ServiceNow platform.

- Experience in defining and documenting ServiceNow architecture and integration points with other enterprise systems.

- ServiceNow integrations using standard integration tools and methods (REST, SOAP, Web Services, etc.).

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow's platform features and how to optimize them.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow.

- Experience in developing custom ServiceNow applications and automation of processes using scripts.

- Ability to design and implement ServiceNow workflows and business rules.

- Expertise in evaluating and optimizing existing business processes using ServiceNow capabilities.

- Identifying and implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.

- Ability to lead and manage the delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.

- Experience in managing all phases of the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment).
