We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with over 10 years of experience in driving and executing digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation, with specific experience in marketing for Fintech, SaaS, ERP, or digital transformation products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead and optimize campaigns that engage customers, enhance brand loyalty, and drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and A/B testing, to improve engagement and conversion rates.Digital Marketing: Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, SEO, display advertising, and retargeting, to build awareness and drive qualified traffic.Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with content teams to create, curate, and optimize content that educates, engages, and converts prospects across all stages of the sales funnel.Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation programs that leverage inbound and outbound marketing tactics to fill the sales pipeline with high-quality leads.Product Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for Fintech, SaaS, ERP, and digital transformation products. Work closely with product management and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning.Data & Analytics: Utilize analytics platforms to track and report on campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and optimize ongoing campaigns for maximum ROI.Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within relevant industries.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in email marketing, lead generation, and content marketing.Industry experience in Fintech, SaaS, ERP, or digital transformation is a must.Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, and other performance measurement tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft engaging content.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with SEO and SEM best practices.Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tactics.Strong project management and leadership skills.Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms are a plus.
