Job Title: HubSpot Certified Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a HubSpot Certified Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the HubSpot CMS Hub and CRM, with a strong focus on building and optimizing HubSpot instances from scratch, creating custom solutions, and providing training. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, marketing knowledge, and problem-solving skills to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure new HubSpot instances from scratch, including importing CSV files for marketing contacts and sales data.
• Design, develop, and implement customized HubSpot solutions such as workflows, email templates, landing pages, and custom modules.
• Create and maintain HubSpot themes, templates, modules, and plugins.
• Develop responsive and adaptive designs using a mobile-first approach.
• Optimize HubSpot implementations for SEO and content performance.
• Customize HubSpot CRM to align with business processes and marketing needs.
• Create automated tasks, reports, and workflows to enhance marketing and sales efficiency.
• Provide training for teams on how to best utilize HubSpot tools and features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• HubSpot CMS Developer Certification is mandatory.
• 4+ years of experience in web development with at least 2 years focused on HubSpot CMS.
• Proficiency in HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with responsive design techniques and CSS preprocessors.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience building A/B tests for email campaigns to improve open rates.
• Familiarity with WordPress integration with HubSpot.
• Expertise in API integrations and webhook implementations within the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization.
