Job Title : HubSpot Administrator.

Location : Remote.

Department : Marketing/Commercial Operations.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled HubSpot Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our HubSpot platform.

The ideal candidate will support marketing, sales, and customer service teams by ensuring seamless workflows, accurate reporting, and effective platform use to drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

HubSpot Platform Management :

- Administer and configure the HubSpot CRM Platform.

- Maintain data integrity, user permissions, and system settings.

- Integrate HubSpot with other software platforms (e.g, Slack, Zapier, MFG Platform).

Campaign and Workflow Support :

- Build and optimize workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and forms.

- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in workflows and automation sequences.

Data and Reporting :

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of CRM data through regular audits and cleanup.

- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics (e.g, lead generation, sales performance).

Training and Support :

- Provide onboarding and ongoing training to users on HubSpot functionalities.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related issues and questions.

Strategy and Optimization :

- Identify opportunities to improve processes using HubSpot tools.

- Stay updated on HubSpot's latest features and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot administration.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation best practices.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in HubSpot workflows, email marketing, and reporting tools.

- Understanding of integrations using APIs and tools like Zapier.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing templates is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams.

Preferred Certifications :

- HubSpot Certifications (e.g, HubSpot CRM, Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation).

- Experience with other platforms like Salesforce, Google Analytics, or Marketo is a plus.
