Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Indian Market
Location: Hyderabad

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy tailored for the Indian market.
    • Identify market opportunities and establish sales goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
    • Identify and approach potential clients across industries such as BFSI, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
  3. Revenue Generation and Target Achievement
    • Own the sales quota for the Indian market and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
    • Monitor sales performance through analytics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  4. Market Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to fine-tune sales strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and leverage insights to position eMagia solutions effectively.
  5. Collaboration and Team Leadership
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and product offerings with market needs.
    • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to improve overall team performance.
  6. Negotiations and Contracts
    • Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal creation and contract finalization.
  7. Customer Success and Retention
    • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in technology or SaaS solutions, with a focus on AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Indian market.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian business culture and regulatory landscape.

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel as required within India.
