Job Description
- Source new clients for wealth management and other financial products.
- Effectively maintain client relationships with follow-up, servicing needs & collecting regular feedback.
- Distribute various investment products to existing and new clients
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.
Required Skills:
- Some understanding of financial markets. You will be trained and certified before you can distribute financial products.
- NISM modules for distributors will be required to be cleared before starting the distribution of products.
- Smart, confident, and outgoing personality
- Very good communication skills, especially verbal
Pre-requisites:
- Willing to work in a fluid environment of startups.
- Willing to excel in sales profile. This is a sales job.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs
- Multitasking skills. Must be based out of Gurugram
