Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management:
    • Act as the main point of contact for members, providing ongoing support and building strong relationships.
    • Organize and host events, workshops, and networking opportunities to foster a collaborative and engaging community.
    • Ensure a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all members, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Customer Service:
    • Handle member inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Provide tailored solutions for members needs, addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
    • Assist in onboarding new members and guiding them through the community culture and facilities.
  • Operations Support:
    • Maintain and manage the office space, ensuring it is clean, functional, and aligned with company standards.
    • Assist with day-to-day operations, such as managing bookings, monitoring meeting rooms, and handling member access.
    • Support administrative tasks, including billing, renewals, and documentation.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the Community Manager to deliver services and maintain strong communication between members and management.
    • Update members on upcoming events, offers, and relevant information through various communication channels.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fresher as well as Proven experience in customer service or community management, ideally in a coworking or office space environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office management software or coworking space management systems (preferred).
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for creating an engaging and supportive community.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles to assist in member acquisition and retention.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • 0-5 years of experience in a customer service or community management role, ideally in an office or coworking space setting.
