Job Description: Accounts Executive

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts and Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting the organizations overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Bank Reconciliation:
• • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• 2. Day-to-Day Bookkeeping:
• • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• • Process journal entries and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• 3. GST, TDS, ESI, and PF Compliance:
• • Handle GST filings, payments, and reconciliation.
• • Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of TDS, ESI, and PF.
• • Prepare and submit statutory reports within deadlines.
• 4. Payables Management:
• • Process and verify vendor invoices and payments.
• • Monitor accounts payable aging reports and address outstanding balances.
• 5. Miscellaneous Tasks:
• • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• • Support internal and external audits.
• • Handle ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• • Proven experience (1-3 years) in an Accounts Executive or similar role.
• • Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and other statutory compliances.
• • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
