Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Profit-and-loss statements and Tax preparation
• Expense reports, Cost reduction, Internal audits for policy adherence and GST work
• Record keeping, Account reconciliation and Invoicing.
• Prepare necessary daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
• Preparation of Income Tax Returns for all entity types
• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
• Knowledge of TDS/ Booking keeping/ GST/ Accounting/ Accounting records and maintenance
• Knowledge of billing and coordination with customer in submission of invoices etc
• Daily prepare cheque of Expenses
• Making Quotation, performa invoices to client
• Maintaining record of security cheque
• knowledge of claim processing of staff
• Day to day banking operation
• Knowledge of Tally
• Good Typing speed
• Knowledge of Book keeping
• Maintain petty cash/ cash flow
• Record, store and analyse account information using Accounting software

Desired profile of the candidate

• Previous working experience as Accounts Executive
• B.COM/M.COM
• Must be Good in Accounting concepts
• Strong organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
• Hands-on experience with financial management software
• Excellent time-management and organization skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
