Senior Accountant

• Accounts payable 
• Advance payments 
• Bill passing and accounting 
• reconciliation of petty cash and squaring up advances for labor contractors / sub contractors / suppliers 
• knowledge of GST pertaining to accounts payable and TDS . Ensuring that the take care of GST upload by the vendor , taking of ITC , PAN and aadhar linkage in the portal 
• Coordination with site accountants and ensuring that the site activities proceed smoothly 
• Coordination for audit regarding Accounts payable / sub cocntractor / labor contractor
• bank reconciliation on accounts payables 
• New vendor creation in Tally 
• Tally prime  ERP knowledge / other ERP knowledge on accounts payables 
• Any other activity that may be delegated from time to time.
