Title: HR recruiter - US Medical Billing recruitment is MUST

Responsibilities :
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications. Recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to manager and above for US Medical Billing company
- Manage databases for candidates along with resume database.
- Manage the on boarding process / paperwork of potential candidates
- Manage Attendance, Payroll and Compliance stuffs
- Answering all employee questions and grievances. Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Collecting employment and tax information
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
- Communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
- Resolve disputes or differences among team members and report such issues to management.
- Office Administration and office asset management.
- Flexible for the time and good at multitasking.
- At least Bachelor s degree with relevant HRM education and experience.
- Four-plus years of relevant experience in HR and Office Administration.
