Therapist Schedule Management : Coordinate the availability and day-to-day schedules of therapists, including processing vacation and time-off requests.
Staff Communication : Regularly update and manage staff details in an online application, ensuring accurate information is available. Communicate with the team daily via email and phone calls to ensure smooth operations.
Credential Management : Ensure that therapists credentials (soft copies of documents and other paperwork) are securely stored and updated in the software.
Onboarding : Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new team members joining the network, ensuring they complete the necessary paperwork and understand their roles.
Account Management : Create and manage user accounts for therapists and clients on web portals and applications, ensuring seamless access to required resources.
Training and Development : Develop and maintain a training calendar for the team. Prepare and distribute training materials and communicate training schedules regularly to ensure continuous development.
Qualifications
Education : Any Bachelor s Degree.
US Healthcare Process experience.
