Job Description
- Billing & Claim Submission Prepare and submit accurate billing claims to Kaiser and non-Kaiser insurance providers.
- Financial Reconciliation Cross-check and reconcile visits, payroll, and billed claims for financial accuracy.
- Profit Analysis Analyze billing trends against payroll data to identify cost efficiencies and revenue insights.
- Aging Visit Management Ensure timely processing and submission of aged claims to prevent revenue loss.
- Process Improvement & Escalations Identify errors in billing processes and escalate issues to the relevant teams for resolution.
- Payroll Invoice Follow-ups Collaborate with agency partners for payroll invoice verification and approvals.
- Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor s degree.
- Technical Skills: Basic Excel knowledge is a must; WellSky software experience preferred.
- Industry Expertise: Prior experience in US Medical Billing, RCM, or Healthcare BPO is an added advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines.
- Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Work Timings: Work from our office premises at Elippode, Trivandrum.
