Job Description
- Therapist Schedule Management : Coordinate the availability and day-to-day schedules of therapists, including processing vacation and time-off requests.
- Staff Communication : Regularly update and manage staff details in an online application, ensuring accurate information is available. Communicate with the team daily via email and phone calls to ensure smooth operations.
- Credential Management : Ensure that therapists credentials (soft copies of documents and other paperwork) are securely stored and updated in the software.
- Onboarding : Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new team members joining the network, ensuring they complete the necessary paperwork and understand their roles.
- Account Management : Create and manage user accounts for therapists and clients on web portals and applications, ensuring seamless access to required resources.
- Training and Development : Develop and maintain a training calendar for the team. Prepare and distribute training materials and communicate training schedules regularly to ensure continuous development.
- Education : Any Bachelor s Degree.
- US Healthcare Process experience is MUST.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Work Schedule : Comfortable with working in the IST shift from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST from our Porur, Chennai office
