Manage databases for candidates along with resume database.
Manage the on boarding process / paperwork of potential candidates
Manage Attendance, Payroll and Compliance stuffs
Answering all employee questions and grievances. Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Collecting employment and tax information
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
Communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
Resolve disputes or differences among team members and report such issues to management.
Office Administration and office asset management.
Flexible for the time and good at multitasking.
Qualifications
At least Bachelor s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
Four-plus years of relevant experience in HR and Office Administration.
