Role Summary:

As a Delivery Excellence Leader, you will drive operational transformation by embedding best-in-class delivery practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning delivery performance with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) for process standardization and optimization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and delivery teams to mitigate risks and ensure quality outcomes.
• Drive innovation through automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor teams, promote knowledge sharing, and build a high-performance culture.
• 15+ years of experience in delivery excellence or quality management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps) and frameworks like CMMI, ISO, and Six Sigma.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
