Operational Excellence Manager

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Operational Excellence (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operational excellence and project management within the IT or Cloud Services industry.

At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing project management and operational efficiency initiatives.

Proven track record in managing large-scale cloud migration, implementation, or transformation projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive change and influence outcomes.

Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.

Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and data analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Should be good at strategic leadership, operational efficiency, customer centric focus, Quality and risk management, Continous Improvement and Innovation, Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement & Data-Driven Decision Making.
