Job Description
- Configuration tasks automation projects interface topics

- Creation of concepts for the further automation of services processes and or operating models
- Support in all standard activities in connection with operations e g closing security gaps
- Checks executes solves where appropriate and creates tickets problem ticket change management ticket incident delivery order DO in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs Implements operates and maintains CI CD pipelines
- Standardizes innovates and automates
Qualifications
- We are looking for IT savvy and experienced colleagues to join our team so we would like our prospective colleague to have an IT oriented qualification or equivalent experience
- 5 years The common language in our virtual team is English

- The ideal candidate is a team player and open to new technologies in cloud based technologies MS365 SharePoint Copilot Stream Clipchamp service knowledge
- Knowledge of Powershell or other programming script languages Knowledge of ITIL
