Program Manager, Operational Excellence

Position Overview:

As a Program Manager within the Operational ExcellenceTeam you will have the ability to drive the strategic initiatives that help usachieve epic scale. In this role, you will oversee interconnected andcross-functional projects that build and contribute to larger, longer-termbusiness objectives. You will act as a strong strategic partner for ourleadership team, working with cross-functional teams to implementinterconnected projects, manage and report on their progress, and ultimatelydrive the organization s progress in achieving its goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop,implement, and evaluate project plans, goals, and objectives in partnershipwith the program sponsor, leads, and stakeholders

Drivestrategic roadmap for program milestones, features, enabling technology, andorganizational change adoption

Facilitateand communicate the WHY of each program, including its overall vision anddirection, and desired impact

Overseeprogram plans including tracking of progress and changes

Establishmilestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules

Organizecritical activities and information to facilitate efficient decision making

Provideoversight and guidance to the team around projects of the highest priority andimportance

Managecross-functional delivery teams, both internal and external, to enable thesuccess of your program and others

Identifyand manage dependencies between strategic initiatives and projects

Effectivelyidentify and address risks and issues for timely resolution

Manageand complete assigned work plan objectives and projects on a timely basis

Contributeto the production of program reports, materials, and content

Seekopportunities to make improvements to team efficiency and process

Championprogram and project management best practices that will drive consistency in avariety of PPM methodologies including Waterfall, Kanban, Agile, Scrum, andSAFe
