About the Role:

Join a fast-growing global brand as an Enterprise Sales Manager and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities in the Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SME segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients and identify revenue opportunities.

- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead qualification, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.

- Build strong client relationships and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Ops, Inside Sales) to drive deal closures.

- Develop market strategies, analyze customer needs, and position product offerings effectively.

- Achieve sales targets while maintaining deal quality.

Requirements:

- 3-7 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in SaaS/PaaS, Telecom, or IT solutions.

- Postgraduate degree mandatory.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record in enterprise sales and meeting/exceeding targets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
