Role Overview:

- The Revenue Head will lead and scale all business verticals, including Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, D2C, and International Markets. This high-impact role requires strategic vision, strong execution, and deep industry expertise to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies, identify new revenue streams, and expand distribution channels.

- Sales & Revenue Ownership: Lead multi-channel sales teams, drive market penetration, and oversee Joint Business Planning (JBP).

- Digital & E-commerce Growth: Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize revenue across online platforms.

- Leadership & Team Building: Build and mentor high-performing teams, define KPIs, and foster a culture of innovation.

- Financial & P&L Management: Own P&L for all verticals, optimize costs, and implement robust forecasting processes.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- 5+ years in sales and business leadership roles, preferably in FMCG, beauty & personal care, or D2C sectors.

- Proven track record of scaling revenue and managing multi-channel sales across diverse platforms.

- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) with hands-on experience in financial management, P&L ownership, and strategic budgeting.

- Skills: Strategic thinker, strong negotiator, data-driven decision-maker, and hands-on leader.

- Passion for sustainability and high-growth environments.

Reporting Line: Directly reports to the CEO/Founder.
