- The role ensures HR strategies align with the company's business goals and helps build a strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Management:

- Hire the right talent to support business expansion.

- Develop career growth plans and succession planning for employees.

- Set up performance management processes to track employee success.

Employee Engagement & Training:

- Implement onboarding and induction programs for store staff.

- Organize training and development programs for retail employees.

- Conduct team-building activities to improve workplace culture.

- Measure and improve employee engagement levels regularly.

Compensation & Compliance:

- Design competitive salary and benefits programs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and store-level regulations.

- Work with vendors to process payroll and compliance tasks on time.

HR Strategy & Analytics:

- Use HR data to track hiring, employee turnover, engagement, and diversity.

- Manage the HR budget effectively.

- Collaborate with leadership and align HR goals with business strategy.
