Position Details:
Role: Senior Manager - Medico Marketing
Location: Corporate Office, Gurgaon
Reports to: GM - Medico Marketing
Role Overview:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for assigned product portfolios.
- The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, product marketing experts, and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and market growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop strategic plans for assigned product portfolios and execute them effectively.
- Monitor and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor activities, ensuring target achievement.
- Drive annual operational planning and budget management for the assigned portfolio.
- Work with sales teams, conducting joint field visits and product training to enhance effectiveness.
- Create and execute geography/market-based growth plans.
- Conduct monthly competitor analysis to refine action plans.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment across Technical, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to maximize sales and profitability.
- Support the development of new diagnostic tests with the technical team and drive market adoption through collaterals and activation plans.
- Participate in review meetings, techno-commercial discussions, and management functional meetings.
- Collaborate with business vendors and technical teams to develop speakers for CMEs, conferences, and educational programs.
- Conduct market visits (12-15 days per month) to strengthen market presence and gather insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate in Science
Experience: 10-12 years in Product Marketing
Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities
