Our client, a well established retail brand based out of Andheri East (Mumbai) is hiring for a Deputy Product Manager. Looking for folks with extensive experience in NPD, pricing, marketing and promotions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead NPD Initiatives: Oversee and manage the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.

- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.

- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring effective brand positioning and customer engagement.

- Promotions Management: Design and implement promotional strategies to drive product awareness, sales, and customer loyalty.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to inform product development, pricing decisions, and marketing strategies.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies across all business functions.
