Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing - SaaS Firm (6-12 yrs)

- Our client, a well-established SaaS-based firm, is hiring a Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager who will will play a key strategic role in shaping and implementing the marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility.

- This position involves experience in field marketing, demand generation and ROI generation

- You will be leading a skilled team and working closely with cross-functional teams to establish their SaaS platform as an industry leader.

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, and messaging for both the company and its founders.

- Align marketing efforts with business objectives by collaborating with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams, including investor branding initiatives.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering growth and professional development.

- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content, events, webinars, video editing, LinkedIn ads, and other marketing frameworks.

- Conduct market analysis to refine strategies based on trends, competitive insights, and customer data.

- Oversee thought leadership initiatives such as whitepapers, industry reports, and speaking engagements to enhance founder visibility.

- Manage the marketing budget, optimize ROI, collaborate with external agencies, and oversee event management across geographies.

Requirements:

- 6-9 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring marketing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, target markets, customer personas, and industry trends.

- Data-driven and strategic mindset with expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, and project management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
