Roles and Responsibilities-
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients while actively developing new client partnerships.
- Designing and executing targeted sales campaigns and strategies to drive revenue growth for the company.
- Delivering impactful presentations to clients, effectively showcasing our services.
- Establishing trusted, strategic relationships with assigned accounts to ensure the ongoing value of our offerings.
- Understanding clients' objectives and supporting them in achieving their goals.
- Addressing client concerns and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
- Keeping existing clients engaged through regular CRM initiatives and diligent follow-ups to maximize business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecast to monitor performance & set target.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent pre & post sale support.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
