Manager - MICE Sales (5-8 yrs)

Job Description:

- We are looking for a MICE Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue from MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and corporate events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in MICE sales, events, or hospitality.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
