Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager / Sr. Manager MICE Sales located in Gurugram, Bangalore and Mumbai. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to account management, lead generation, sales, customer service, and sales operations. The Manager / Sr. Manager MICE Sales will be responsible for driving corporate success and building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years managing sales in a corporate setting, hotel, MICE & travel industry.
- Sales strategy development, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development skills.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends the company's reach within India & Global.
- Ability to prepare in advance, conduct market research and achieving sales targets.
- Sense customer issues and needs, competitive analysis, etc.
- Ability to approach existing, new leads and progress to appointments for presentations.
- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.
- Primarily focuses on generating significant revenue by building relationships with large corporate clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities within the corporate market segment, all while maintaining a strong focus on long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Negotiating contracts for large events and conferences, Bidding experience involves identifying large-scale business opportunities and developing comprehensive proposals to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations.
