The HR doesn’t take any consideration of employee needs. She plays a role of assistant to MD so her interest lies more in the MD requirement and savings cost rather than employee satisfaction. Even during exit they made it very uncomfortable with wrong communication and unnecessary deductions. With Covid wave they also deducted salaries and showcased those as revised CTC affecting the further salary growth as a employee. The Salary they pay is one of the highest in the industry, however the flip side is that people willing to join the organisation are limited. Hence higher salary is paid to whoever joins.

Dislikes

There is no work culture/ethics in the organisation. The rules and regulations are made to suit a few individuals who are Non performers. However great at showing rosy picture to Head office. The company has lost number of high performance individuals in the past. Someone interested in politics and gossips only should look to join.
