The HR doesn’t take any consideration of employee needs. She plays a role of assistant to MD so her interest lies more in the MD requirement and savings cost rather than employee satisfaction. Even during exit they made it very uncomfortable with wrong communication and unnecessary deductions. Company is very good, Always think about employees, But Other Seniors and Indian Higher Management is not familiar with their down lines

Dislikes

Not a good work life balance. So much partialities, Top management is good spacially Director of JTB India is good with all employees but Indian Upline manager are not good for downline.
