Technical Program Manager (10-16 yrs)

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of software projects for our cutting-edge medical devices. The ideal candidate will work across cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, systems, and regulatory, to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and innovation in our software solutions. This role demands strong program management skills.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing software projects using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.

- Good to have knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, MDR).

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).

- Expertise in risk management frameworks (e.g., FMEA, Fishbone diagrams).

- Familiarity with SPI/CPI, PV/EV metrics, and other performance tracking techniques.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

- Strategic planning capabilities to develop long-term roadmaps for product development.

- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

- Financial acumen in managing budgets and tracking project costs.

Education:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- PMP, SAFe Agilist, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):

- Own end-to-end delivery of software projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Systems teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Manage and track project performance using SPI/CPI, PV/EV, and other metrics to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

- Identify and proactively manage project risks, driving mitigation strategies and solutions.

- Implement and execute Incremental, Agile, and SAFe methodologies to enhance project execution.

- Act as a change agent, fostering organizational agility and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure thorough communication and stakeholder alignment.

- Support post-market teams in monitoring installed base performance and resolving product issues via CAPA processes.

- Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on quality, reliability, and cost optimization.

- Develop long-term plans for product development, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and customer needs.
