Growth Marketing Manager - Payments Solutions
Job Description:
- Must have customer backward thinking and a growth mindset.
- Must have excellent business acumen and a self starter attitude.
- Should bring a deep understanding of performance marketing channels and analytics with hands-on experience of managing large scale app marketing campaigns.
- Should have a deep understanding of segmentation and experience in running hyper personalized campaigns on PNs/ Emails/SMS/ Whatsapp.
- Should be a strong proponent of insights and data driven decision making.
- Should be very high on ownership, integrity and collaboration.
- Should be able to build and manage strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Premier school graduate with 5-8 yrs. of experience, with at least 3 years in performance marketing & CRM.
- Experience in growth marketing for consumer fintech companies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Growth
- Build the strategy for acquisition, reactivation and traffic for all BUs at JFSL and translate it into action items.
- Lead the promotions strategy for new and dormant users to hit the planned numbers.
- Deliver and scale high intent, relevant traffic for all BUs; Custodian of New & Dormant Users of the org.
Channel Ownership:
- Lead performance marketing for all BUs to acquire high quality new users.
- Lead the CRM charter (PN/Email/SMS/Whatsapp)to deliver efficient & effective growth across traffic, DU and NU.
- Influence the product roadmap to build the right set of products to deliver a healthy acquisition funnel.
- Own measurement, analysis and reporting of initiatives across acquisition, reactivation, and traffic.
- Review new technologies & keep the co. at the forefront of developments in digital marketing & CRM.
