Job Title: Sales Manager - Prime LAP

Locations: Jodhpur, Panipat, Jalandhar, Kanpur, Jaipur, Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP).

- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Develop relationships with channel partners and direct customers.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and credit norms.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in prime LAP sales.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
