State Collection Manager - Two Wheeler (4-18 yrs)

Job Description:

- Achievement of Collections Targets for his /her locations as per budget matrix for the regions /states assigned

- To set up and manage Field Collections Agencies, Team in respective locations & drive them for the numbers - with proper planning & Execution, driving Collections through the Collection agencies and Collection managers.

- Total Resolution ( Bucket X and Flexi)

- UCL Resolution (Direct & Referral)

- Deposition AVG per Day.

- End to end coordination with the Call Centre teams, field collection agencies, Credit Teams, Operation Teams, improvement.
