Head - Retail Risk & Policy

Responsibilities related to Policy and Risk unit:

- Responsible for portfolio quality for entire Retail Finance (Two Wheeler, Used Car Loans, Personal Loans, Cross Sell Loans, Business Loans, Digital Lending, Inventory Funding, Partnership based lending)

- Review, Approvals and Monitoring of Retail Portfolios under Partnership based lending / Co-Lending arrangements

- Risk approval for Retail portfolio buy outs

- Review and approval of application / Behaviour / analytical score cards for Retail Lending

- Defining Risk appetite / Portfolio Monitoring triggers and measuring actual performance of the portfolio against same.

- Keeping an eye on Macro economic environment and assessing its potential impact on portfolio and initiating timely measures as and when required

- Delegation to credit team for application level approvals

- Policy Trainings, Guidance to front end Credit and Sales team

- Ensuring compliance to Regulatory guidelines across all Retail portfolios

- ECL Computations, Reporting and clearances

- Risk related regulatory reporting

- Dealer engagement, categorisation and monitoring

- Credit Policy formulations, amendments, revisions

- Hind sighting for Retail Portfolios

- Handling a team of National Heads for Policy Risk, Portfolio Montioring

- Managing a team of 40-60 people across units
