Focus on Equity Asset Acquisition and ensure active AUM To engage in new and innovative business planning activities locally to increase client acquisition. To generate revenue from D-PMS; Research based offerings, derivatives, Interest income through MTF (Margin Trade Funding), commodity, currency, and other distribution products. To focus on retention of customers, higher revenue generation and referral activities. Accountable for developing and implementing an integrated customer marketing plan, which meets client needs and identify opportunities and match these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by the organization. Acquire active AUM and Equity Assets and also pitch In-house PMS, Research products, Advance Trading Portal, etc. Customer Management and Engagement To keep active engagement with all top large customers of the zone. Timely meeting these clients and resolving their queries on time. To meet In-person and keep the high volume and revenue clients engaged by enabling them with smooth and seamless trading and service experience. To timely cross check for any unauthorized trades. To engage with the customer servicing teams to continually develop new customer friendly initiatives To benchmark the portfolio-service offerings with the competition and highlight the critical modifications required Multi-product /Cross sell Focus on multiproduct approach and ensure multi product targets are attained. To increase business through cross-selling initiatives and innovative product mixes. To use alternate products to activate inactive customers.
