The role would require to mentor, monitor and drive the sales team to meet desired revenue, client acquisition and cross selling. To ensure all processes are followed keeping in mind the ethos of the organization.
1.Manage, build and drive a sales team consisting of Sales Managers and Relationship Managers who will be responsible for new client acquisition & cross selling of insurance products.
2.Through team meet the required target new client acquisition and cross sell targets for given area.
3.Ensure the timely delivery of customized wealth advise to retail customers.
4.Periodic review of clients portfolio to ensure that they are in line with clients investment objectives
5.Conduct periodic trainings on products and process for the team
6.Ensure that team meets the effort and performance targets.
7.Joint calls with Sales Manager/Relationship Manager
