Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 8 years of experience in HR management, particularly in multinational corporations (MNCs), with expertise in payroll, employee record management, hiring processes, performance management systems (PMS), employee engagement, and more.
- This is a key leadership role overseeing all HR functions and supporting the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure alignment with company hiring needs and support workforce planning.
- Attendance Management: Oversee attendance policies, track employee attendance, manage absenteeism, and address attendance-related concerns with department managers.
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements, adhering to laws and regulations, while collaborating with finance to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Employee Record Management: Maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, including onboarding documents, performance evaluations, benefits enrollment, and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, regularly review and update policies in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement programs to foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and promote open communication.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal systems, collaborate with managers to address performance issues, and ensure continuous employee development.
- HR Strategy & Planning: Contribute to overall HR strategy, working closely with senior leadership to align human resources goals with company objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in an HR management role, preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC).
- Experience in a USA-based MNC is strongly preferred.
- Educational Qualification: A UG/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
