Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and mitigate operational risks by providing strategic solutions.
- Oversee daily operations across business lines such as business analysis, client management, and risk management.
- Set team goals, monitor progress, and support sales teams in achieving daily and quarterly targets.
- Contribute to long-term planning and collaborate with the CEO on special projects.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve operational processes and execution.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and technological advancements.
- Lead recruitment efforts to build and expand teams while motivating and supporting existing team members.
- Develop career growth plans for the team and resolve workplace issues.
- Manage data collection for metrics updates to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Tackle new challenges assigned by management in a dynamic environment.
Schedule:
Fixed night shift (US shift)
Monday to Friday
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: At least 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a multinational corporation with exposure to US operations.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in data analysis for informed decision-making
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Language: Fluency in English is required
