We are looking for a seasoned operations leader to oversee and manage our health insurance sales process.

You will be responsible for implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies, and supporting and developing team leaders and supervisors to achieve performance targets.

Experience Required

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO operations.

- At least 1yr experience as a Manager designation into insurance

- Must have documented managerial experience.

- Experience managing teams of 150 to 200 agents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the health insurance sales process for assigned teams in Pune.

- Implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

- Support and develop team leaders and supervisors to achieve performance targets.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with senior management and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment
