Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Audit Operations Manager to manage client partnerships, ensuring operational and financial success.

In this role, you will oversee budgets, forecasts, and P&L for your accounts while nurturing strategic alliances and enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Portfolio Management:

- Deliver cost-effective services while maintaining robust infrastructure support.

- Cultivate strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.

- Manage revenue up to $50M and ensure contract compliance, billing, and customer satisfaction.

Staff Development:

- Mentor team members to enhance performance and retention.

- Set clear goals, provide training, and manage performance when necessary.

Additional Duties:

- Lead special projects to enhance service offerings.

- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and client-specific guidelines.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management (or equivalent experience, 8-10+ years).

- 5-7+ years of operational leadership in complex organizations.

- 3+ years managing professional recruiters in client service roles.

Preferred:

- MBA or relevant advanced degree.

- Certifications (PHR, SPHR, PMI) & expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.

- Strong leadership, consulting, and negotiation skills.
