We are hiring for our client a Leading brand in Bags Industry for a Sales Head.
National Level role targeting GT , MBO and LFS
Purpose:
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic National role to lead our ladies' handbag category sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and improve profitability. The role will also involve team management, cross-functional coordination, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business objectives, expand market share, and improve profitability.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure sales targets are met.
3. P&L Management: Manage the category's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, ensuring sales revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
4. Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the customer base to drive growth.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
6. Market Share: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to develop strategies to increase market share.
7. Supply Chain and Stock Management: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure effective stock management, minimize stockouts, and optimize inventory levels.
