Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong track record of success in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and integrated campaign management. Experience in IT services or technology sectors is strongly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a distributed, diverse team. Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with senior business leaders, particularly in fast-growth markets.
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the APAC and MEA markets, particularly in IT services, including regional customer preferences, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong capability in developing data-driven, high-impact marketing strategies that resonate with both B2B buyers and talent pools.
- Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to measure and report on campaign performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and optimize marketing spend.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Education: A BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Technical Competencies: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools is essential.
