Role Overview:

We are looking for an In-Service Performance Monitoring Specialist to support Aerospace Reliability & Sustainment (R&S) Center of Excellence (CoE) with data-driven insights into aerospace warranty, service performance, and aftermarket operations. The role requires expertise in warranty analysis, reliability engineering, and aftermarket business dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aerospace industry service data, warranty processes, and in-service performance monitoring. Experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive maintenance strategies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor & analyze in-service aircraft performance data to assess reliability, failure patterns, and service issues.
• Conduct aerospace warranty analytics to optimize service strategies and reduce lifecycle costs.
• Utilize statistical methods and data science techniques to derive actionable insights.
• Work with airline operators, OEMs, and MRO teams to improve fleet availability and operational efficiency.
• Perform failure mode analysis to support proactive maintenance planning and predictive analytics.
• Analyze warranty claims, maintenance logs, and field service reports to identify recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Aftermarket teams to drive product improvements.
• Develop dashboard visualizations & reports for performance monitoring using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in aerospace aftermarket analytics.
