Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible for timely submission of warranty claims with 0% rejection target, verification of criteria and processing all warranty paper works along with heading the department by train the team on QC.
- He/she should be regularly aware about warranty policy, understand technical documents and monitor warranty claims and settlements.
- Account reconciliation will be part and parcel of the job.
