Role : Technical Business Analyst

Experience : 5+ years as a Business Analyst.

Notice Period : Immediate joiner or candidates with up to 15 days notice period.

Job Description :

Must Have :

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of CRM tools.

- Prior experience as a QA or Developer.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and methodologies.

- Availability to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Knowledge of the automotive industry.

- Proficiency in Jira and familiarity with business analysis processes.

- Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycles.

- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) or formal QA processes.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, ensuring effective coordination between Australia and Vietnam time zones.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Facilitate discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements.

- Create detailed Jira stories and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with development teams on task estimations and sizing.

- Document changes or updates to business requirements as projects evolve, ensuring stakeholder and development team input is captured.

- Address and track any questions or issues raised by the team.

- Support the development and maintenance of the delivery execution plan.

- Track progress of deliverables to ensure timely completion.

- Provide progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets business needs.

- Take on test execution responsibilities as required.
