Role Overview:

We are seeking a Warranty Analytics and Monitoring Specialist with expertise in data analysis for automobile warranty services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive industry service data, warranty processes, reliability engineering, and statistical analysis. Proficiency in Excel and Minitab statistical software is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse warranty claims and service data to identify trends, failure patterns, and root causes.
• Monitor warranty performance metrics and generate insights for cost optimization and quality improvement.
• Conduct statistical analysis using Minitab to assess vehicle reliability and warranty risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and service teams to improve product reliability and reduce warranty costs.
• Develop predictive models to forecast warranty expenses and optimize warranty policies.
• Work with large datasets from different automotive systems and extract meaningful insights.
• Identify opportunities to enhance warranty processes, service programs, and cost-saving strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel and other visualization tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends, warranty regulations, and best practices in automotive warranty management.
