Observability SRE monitoring

Role & responsibilities

These positions are for Platform Support Engineers covering below skills.

• Observability and monitoring:
• Proficiency with Datadog or similar observability tools.
• Experience in setting up synthetic monitoring for key application workflows and alerting for KPIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause of issues in a distributed microservices architecture, digital client technologies (React Native, NextJS)
• Cloud Infrastructure:
• Proficiency with AWS or other cloud providers.
• Experience with Lambdas, ECS, EKS, RDS, DynamoDB or equivalent services.
• CI/CD:
• Proficiency with CircleCI, Github Actions or similar tooling.
• Experience adding new pipeline enhancements and troubleshooting pipeline failures.
• IAC:
• Experience in Serverless framework and terraform.

shift expectations: 16X5 support India team will work in 2 shifts (Shift1: 4:30PM to 12:30AM IST and Shift2: 12:30AM to 8:30AM IST), there will be 16 hours on-call support on weekends and holidays. All resources will work on rotation basis, so should be flexible to work on either shifts. Shift allowances will be paid as per HR policy.
